The Glasgow Fire Department maintains operations with state-of-the-art emergency response vehicles along with basic and advanced equipment to protect the citizens of our community.

To cover all areas of the city, we operate out of 2 stations:

Fleet: Trucks include 2 Engines, 2 Ladders, 1 Rescue. As well as 2 Pickups, and a Hazmat Trailer.

Functions/Capabilities:  77′ tall ladder, 1,000 gallons of water on each, flowing 1,500 GPM.

Equipment: Basic equipment available can include fire hoses, basic life support, extrication tools, and gas monitoring equipment. 

Advanced equipment can include jaws of life, thermal imaging cameras, and battery operated pressure fans. 

Functions/Capabilities: aid in the efforts for fire suppression, motor vehicle accidents with entrapment, medicals, rescues, and hazardous materials response.
