Holiday Schedule
Services will be offered on: Martin Luther King Jr Day, President’s Day, Juneteenth, and Veteran’s Day 8:15 a.m.- 3:55 p.m.
There will not be anyone available in the office on these days, you will need to make arrangements on the business day prior.

Glasgow Transit operates a deviated fixed route for persons with or without disabilities. This means that passengers can request to be picked up or dropped off up to 1/4 of a mile off the bus route. Pickup and drop off locations will be at the curb in a safe location and away from heavy traffic areas.

Glasgow Transit Rider’s Guide and Rules

Glasgow Transit is free and open to the general public.
24-hr notice is required for scheduling route deviation and wheelchair pickups. Call 270-629-4848.

Rules:

Follow FTA Mandates regarding mouth and nose covering
No profane or vulgar language
No eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle
Do not board the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol
No pets on the vehicle, only service animals are allowed
All passengers are required to abide by KY state seat belt laws
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Prohibited items include, but not limited to guns, knives, hazardous materials, explosives, and dangerous liquids
Carry-on packages are limited to what the boarding passenger can safely bring aboard at one time
Do not place anything on the floor that may roll or move when unattended

In case of Inclement weather, Glasgow City Transit follows the Glasgow City Schools
Schedule and will be announced on Channel 13 WBKO Polar Report and WCLU Radio.

Customer Service

*Violations will be reported to the local authorities for disposition. Buses are equipped with audio/video recording devices. Violators may be put off at the next Bus Stop.
