The Glasgow Fire Department is not only a department within the city but a family of 36 frontline firefighters, 3 command staff and 1 administrative assistant. We dedicate each day to ensure that the city and its citizens stay safe. We are here to serve you in any way we can. We strive for excellence not only in our skills and knowledge of our job, but in our desire to be of good character and role models for others that choose this profession. We have an obligation to the ones that paved the way for us and for those that choose to follow in our footsteps. We realize the trust and responsibility you have put in us, and we do not take it lightly, thank you, we will do our best not to let you down.
