Taxes may be paid in the Administration Office located on the first floor of Glasgow City Hall, 126 East Public Square, during regular business hours of 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. or mailed to Glasgow City Hall, P.O. Box 278, Glasgow, KY 42142-0278. If you request receipt please include self-addressed stamped envelope with payment and we will mail receipt back to you. Tell the operator where you are planning to dig, what type of work you will be doing and your affected local utilities companies will be notified about your intent to dig. In a few days, they will send a locator to mark the approximate location of your underground lines, pipes and cables, so you will know what’s below and be able to dig safely.
