Household Appliances Accepted At Glasgow Regional Landfill

Appliances may be delivered to the Landfill for recycling during regular operating hours. Landfill operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Appliances accepted for recycling include:washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters and dishwashers. The Freon must be properly removed or the compressor must be off refrigerators, air conditioners and freezers at the time of disposal. The appliances are picked up by Mid State Recycling (a recycling and waste management company located in Glasgow) on an as needed basis.
