** Residents opting to take items to the landfill will be charged a fee, therefore, this is a great opportunity to take advantage of our pre-scheduled free curbside collection. **

Important Information to Ensure a Smooth Clean-Up Process

CURBSIDE COLLECTION:
   – Place large items, bagged, and boxed items by the curbside on the same day as your regular garbage pick-up.
   – Ensure all items are out by 7:00 am on the designated day.

PACKAGING MATTERS
   – ALL small items MUST be bagged or boxed. Loose items will NOT be picked up.
   – Do not place items next to or under trees, utility poles, on trailers, or against mailboxes.

GREENERY GUIDELINES
   – Tree and shrub trimmings must be no more than 3 feet and tied in a bundle.

UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS

Appliances: 
   – Appliances are accepted all year long at the landfill at no charge.
   – Remember to remove all coolants, including freon, before dropping off appliances.

Restricted Materials:
   – Liquids, pesticides, auto batteries, auto parts, tires, asbestos, and construction materials are not acceptable during City Clean-Up Week.

Large Tree Limbs or Whole Trees:
   – Please refrain from including large tree limbs and entire trees in your curbside collection.


*A Note on Appliances
Remember, appliances can be dropped off at the landfill throughout the year at no charge. Be mindful to remove all coolants before disposal, promoting environmental responsibility.
