Glasgow Police Department has a lot of resources for information, obtaining reports -such as collision, criminal, and open records request- rights that victims have, and civilian accident reports (KSP). 

  1. Citizens Complaint Affidavit
  2. Obtaining Collision Reports: 3-5 Business Days AFTER the collision call the PD at 270-651-6165 to check availability and/or have the report prepared. If report is available, you can come to the PD Mon-Fri  8am-4pm to pick up a copy or you can log onto BuyCrash.com and download a copy. There is a $5 cash or check fee to pick up in person or a $10 fee to download online.

  3. Obtain Criminal Report: Call the PD at 270-651-6165 to check availability and/or have the report prepared. If report is available, you can come to the PD Mon-Fri  8am-4pm to pick up a copy. There is a $5 cash or check fee to pick up in person.

  4. Open Records Request: Fill out the request application from the city’s website.

  7. Civilian Accident Reports: Kentucky law requires that any person involved in an accident resulting in property damage in excess of five hundred dollars file a written report with the Kentucky State Police no later than 10 days of the accident. Report here.
