The Kentucky Recreation and Parks Society has awarded Glasgow with an award for the Helicopter Egg Drop Event.
This event was all about celebrating the community, with the generous help from River Lake Church. We would also like to thank our sponsors: Wal-Mart, Span Tech, T.J. Samson, Toys for Tots, South Central Bank, Botts Construction, 1st Insurance Group, and a number of private donors.
Parks and Recreation Director Eddie Furlong commented “With great partnerships and hard work, we’ve been able to continue to offer excellent programs and events to our citizens. It’s an honor to be recognized by KRPS for this award”.
